The Authority is exploring design/strategy options with Gensler Architecture/Design, Inc. to satisfy its long-term headquarters workplace and building needs to better understand its options. The Authority is planning to solicit input from qualified brokerage firms that have familiarity in facilitating and coordinating large-scale building projects in the White Plains/Westchester County market. This is a two-step process and qualified firms will be invited to participate in a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Summary of Work Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement.
