The U.S. General Services Administration's Office of Public Building Service (PBS) is performing a market research to identify small construction firms that are:

- classified as 8a, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned or HubZone Businesses,

- interested in contracting with government agencies for projects in the 236220 and 238220 NAICS codes (valued between $100,000 and $3,000,000).

- have the ability to work in Maryland

We are asking for a copy of your most recent Capability Statement (including DUNS number, NAICS codes and Small Business categories) detailing work performed in the last three years to include projects that demonstrate recent past experience as a Prime Contractor or indicate work performed as a subcontractor or teaming partner for projects you deem best represent your firm's capabilities.

Please do not exert any expense for a formal document.

An e-mail response to this request listing the following information is all that is required: (Include in subject line: Market Research-MD)

 

•1.    Any work done within the past 3 years, either government or commercial, include Contract Number, Agency, Title, and Dollar Amount of work done. If government work, please indicate such.
