This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) to support U.S. Government personnel in Tunisia, Africa and is not a request for proposals (RFP). The government will not award a contract on the basis of this notice, or otherwise pay for information solicited by it. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. The requested information is for planning and market research purposes only and will not be publicly released. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement Description: The 414th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Africa is issuing this Request For Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the minimum requirement for potable bottled water below: Requirement: Potable Bottled Water 1. Provide potable bottle water delivery to U.S. Government personnel in Tunisia, Africa. 2. Individual bottles packaged in plastic wrapped cases to be delivered by the contractor by case, lot or pallet. 3. Delivery will be required, as needed, within 12 hours of notification, 7 days a week. Order size will vary based on need. 4. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and equipment to deliver the requested items to the designated location within Tunisia, Africa. Location of performance: Tunisia, Africa. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 312112. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name 2) Address 3) Email address 4) Web site address 5) Telephone number 6) Size and type of ownership for the organization 7) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to a.) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; b.) secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements; c.) implement a successful project management plan that includes: compliance with tight program schedules; cost containment; meeting and tracking performance; hiring and retention of key personnel and risk mitigation; and d.) provide services under a performance based service acquisition contract.
