The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida, intends to issue solicitation RFQ30211-0008-4, for the requirements of: RELIGIOUSLY CERTIFIED MEALS FOR 220 INMATES. Requirement includes all meals each day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), seven days/week to begin approximately January 2004 through September 30, 2004. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, at the Federal Correctional Complex, 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL 33521. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
