This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Catered meals to be served at our Camp Grayling Facility. Meal lines should be available for 3 hours at breakfast and 3 hours at dinner or until all 550 soldiers are fed. Caterer must be certified/registered with the State of Michigan Health Department and their kitchen must be certified as well. Certificates must be provided with your bid. Your company must be CCR registered at the time the bids are received, all bids not conforming to this will be considered non-responsive. Meals to begin with breakfast on 1 May and will cease with dinner on 22 May, 2010.
