Military Commissary Deli and Bakery Operations. Anticipated issue date: 2/10/03. Delivery date: 8/1/03. Contractor is to provide services, supervision, food products, and supplies/equipment (other than that identified as government furnished) necessary to operate a highly efficient, well stocked deli and bakery resale operations at the following locations: Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, Dover AFB, Fort Belvoir, Patuxent River and Quantico MCCDC within the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland area. The contractor is responsible for ordering receiving, storing, displaying, merchandising and processing products for sale to commissary patrons. This Performance Based Services Acquisition describes the requirement in terms of outcome or results; the "how" is left to the contractor, affording the contractor more flexibility in achieving the desired results.
