Mobilize to the 88th U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Duluth, Minnesota on Minnesota Point. Replace portions of the security fencing as indicated in the contract drawings and maintain facility security. Make improvements to the facility’s parking lot and stabilize the existing shoreline by constructing an armor stone revetment. Demobilize once work is complete.
