The Carson National Forest, Taos, NM is soliciting for wild horse gathering services. The project is located on the Jicarilla and El Rito Ranger Districts. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to perform in accordance with the specifications and provisions of this contract. The contract will be an indefinite delivery contract. One award will be made. The contract period of performance is from the date of award through September 30, 2008. The contract will have two one-year options which may extend the period of performance until September 30, 2010. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Solicitations will be sent hardcopy upon request. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is October 29, 2007. Proposals are estimated to be due November 28, 2007.
