Contract will require capture of wild horses by horseback drive, helicopter drive, bait trapping, roping or tranquilizer darting. Hold and transport captured horses to temporary holding facility. Determine and record age, sex, and identifying characteristics of captured horses prior to transport. Construction of temporary traps or improvement of existing traps at locations approved by the government.
