The government is looking to pursue the production of a triple-transgenic, mutation assay C57B1/6 mouse containing the mutational target genes lacI, cII, gpt-delta, and ?X174. The FDA has already produced the ?X174/gpt-delta hybrid animals. The FDA is looking for potential sources that can provide a license agreement for the FDA to breed the transgenic mouse/rat that has as target genes lacI and cII with hybrid animals.
Potential contractors must indicate business size and proof of any set-aside certification and provide a contact name, the mailing address, phone number and email address of point of contact. Capability statements must provide enough information to determine if the company can meet the requirement.
