The work consists of the capture of feral horses from the Mt Dome/Table Lands area near Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge in Siskiyou County, California. This work consists of the capture, care, and feeding of feral horses. Contractor shall furnish all labor necessary to accomplish the required work. The work shall be accomplished in a safe and humane manner and be in accordance with the provisions of 43 CFR Part 4700 and the following specifications and provisions.
