This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% small business set aside. The purchase of shrubs and trees, types and quantities as follows: Azaleas, 7 gal, 162 each; Indian Hawthorn, 3 gal, 232 each; Loropetalum (Regular), 5 gal, 100 each; Varigated Privet, 3 gal, 50 each; Yaupon Holly, 7 gal, 325 each; Needlepoint Holly, 7 gal, 250 each; Crape Myrtle, 10 gal, 50 each; Deodar Cedar, 10 gal, 40 each; Live Oak, 7 gal, 20 each; Red Maple, 7 gal, 20 each; Yoshino Cherry, 7 gal, 20 each. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Warranty: A 6 month replacement warranty is requested. Requested delivery schedule: Deliver one-third of the plants 7 days after receipt of award, one-third 14 days after receipt of award, and the remaining one-third 21 days after receipt of award. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items – 1 Jan 05; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items; and DFARS 252.212-7000.
