Varieties of bulbs furnished must be true to name as floral display is designed to enhance and beautify the appearance of public parkland. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Request for Quotations will be issued on or about June 17, 2002 with a closing date of on or about June 27, 2002.
