The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ)requires a contract for a guaranteed 300,000 trimedlure (TML) dispensers with optional quantities, and 100,000 (TML) dispenser holders. Contractor-provided TML concentrate is required. The contract will be effective from date of award through September 30, 2004, with 2 one-year renewal options to extend the effective period. The same quantities are estimated fro purchase in each of the 2 option years. Delivery shal be f.o.b. destination to the Edinburg, Texas. Award is subject to Acceptance Testing of the Trimedlure (TML) concentrate, First Article Approval-Government Testing of the solid dispensers, and inspection and acceptance testing at desination. First article samples and production quantities shall be produced at the same facility. A single award is anticipated; however, the Government reserves the right to award more than one contract to acquire the total guaranteed quantity.
