It is the Government?s intent to solicit Request for Quotations for the items found on the attached Standard Form 18 as specified in the NCTR specifications found within to provide: A Standing Delivery Order for NIH-31 Standard Rodent Diet and NIH-41 Irradiated Rodent (IR) Diet as modified by the NCTR?s Specifications (See Attachments J-1, J-2), with maximum limitations on microbiology, chemistry, and form/shape of diet. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The solicitation number is FDA-SOL-08-00493. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firmed Fixed Price requirement. FOB Point Destination. FOB Point of Delivery for Supplies and Services will be the FDA/NCTR/OSS/OFFAS located at 3900 NCTR Road, Jefferson, AR 72079-9502. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. The quotation must reference solicitation number FDA-SOL-08-00493.
