The Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-Energy) is seeking quotations for a total of 8,400 Gallons of Red-Dyed Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel #2 Grade going to Ft. Bragg, North Caroline for delivery on November 8, 2013.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 13. Evaluations will be conduction using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

(ii) The quote number is SP0600-14-Q-0207 and this is a request for quotations. A firm fixed Price will be awarded.

(iii) The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular September 30, 2013.

(iv) This is a small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 324110.

(vi) Delivery Mode: Tank Wagon (TW) is needed and NO other delivery method is acceptable. This is an Automatic fill. TANK WAGON (TW), W/ PUMP & METER VENDOR MUST HAVE HOSE REEL WITH AT LEAST 150" HOSE AND BE ABLE TO ADAPT TO A 3" FIRE HOSE COUPLING. Each invoice submitted to the Government for "Automatic Fill-Up" deliveries shall be accompanied by a record of the quantity delivered into each individual tank during the period covered by the invoice.
