These items require ENGINEERING SOURCE APPROVAL (ESA) by the Design Control Activity. Items are to be made in accordance with the applicable drawings: (1) F148-1205, Visor Assy, Helmet Lightweight, Combat Edge, Rev G; (2) F148-1205-1; Visor Assy, Clear; and (3) F148-1205-2, Visor Assy, Neutral. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with two option years. Base year minimum quantity is 2,500 each. Base year maximum quantity is 7,000 each. Each of the two (2) term option years has a minimum quantity of 2,500 each and a maximum quantity of 6,100 each. Award will be made using Low Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures. First Articles will be required. Twelve (12) Deliveries are required beginning 180 days after date of award and every thirty days thereafter. FOB Destination applies.
