The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir is seeking a contractor to provide Distinctive Ceremonial Uniforms for the United States Army Band located at Ft. Myer, Virginia. These uniforms will consist of several garments to include Trouser's (blue shade 151), Slacks (blue shade 151), Skirts (blue shade 151) and Men's and Women's Coats (blue shade 150 and white in accordance with the uploaded specifications). The design and material performance characteristics/specifications will be uploaded in the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website. All fabric samples and drawings submitted for this Sources Sought will be reviewed and evaluated for specific characteristics as required in the specifications. These uniforms are for use by the United States Army Band and must match 100% to maintain consistency.

This Sources Sought notice is subject to the Berry Amendment, 10 USC 2533a.

Interested companies are asked to submit one sample consisting of the drawing of each garment requested and material to be utilized for each garment. These samples must be produced in the material that is being submitted.

Any information/samples submitted will not be returned, and no payment will be made by the Government for such samples.
