This notice constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.The solicitation number W912CN-04-T-0218 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses that ar e in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. This solicitation can be downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil. The North American Industry Classification System code is 315999, with a small business standard of 500 employees. The acquisition is a firm-fixed requirements contract for communications video equipment. Delivery shall be made FOB destination (FAR 52.247-34) to location specified on Solicitation W912CN-04-T-0218. All solicitations must meet required delivery date of 01 April 200 4. Offerors who fail to follow the format and requirements listed may be found unacceptable. Quotes will initially be evaluated for delivery acceptability. Only quotes with acceptable products will be considered. Award will be made to the responsible o fferor on the basis of the lowest evaluated price with acceptable past performance and ability to meet the delivery schedule and delivery all items. The government may award a contract based on initial offers received, without discussion of such offers; t herefore, initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
