In accordance with FAR Part 13, the US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of Product Manager - Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PM-SCIE), intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to MMI Outdoor for 167 M320 Grenade Launcher holsters to be utilized in a limited user test and evaluation (LUT&E) as part of the Soldier Enhancement Program (SEP). The intent of this procurement is to aid in the decision process of whether this program can become a program of record. This program is desinged to be a short term, rapid decision maker.

This purchase order is a result of information gathered in request for information (RFI) W911QYGLHol posted on 20 Nov 2012 and closing 29 Dec 2012. The assets are to be used solely for test and evaluation purposes.
