The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office, West Point, NY on behalf of the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY intends to issue a solicitation under solicitation number W911SD-15-R-0006 on or about 8 May 2015 for has a requirement for white collar and cuffs for use on cadets dress coasts. The requested quantities are 19,000 white collars and 14,400 white cuffs for the base and potentially two option years.

This requirement will be a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 315220 Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors. The small business size determination will be 500 employees. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM).
