This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for reward and recognition items for the Employee to Employee (E2E) Reward and Recognition Program prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. KDDAR8MR002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for various reward and recognition items used at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Indianapolis, IN. Pricing shall be in accordance with the item descriptions in the Request for Quotation. All contract requirements must be maintained at all times. Delivery is anticipated for January 15, 2008 with inspection and acceptance at destination and F.O.B. destination.
