The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions that were submitted under subject solicitation; revise the Statement of Work and Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award to reflect changes made based on answers to questions; add the delivery address for SUBCLIN 0001AC; and extend proposal due date from February 28, 2007 to March 9, 2007. Time of proposal submission remains 2 p.m. local time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. No further questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted. See attached documents.
