The U.S. Secret Service, Rowley Training Center has a requirement for Waterproof/breathable jacket w/100% nylon 2-ply shell fabric, polyester mesh and taffeta lining, seam sealed, single hand draw cord adjustable at waist & hem, elastic cuffs w/adjustable hook & loop fasteners & underarm zippers, stow able hood & internal security pocket, color: black sea, for a quantity of: 10-Sm., 35-Med., 95-Lg., 95-XL, and 40-2XL; and, 2) Profleece I.A Jacket liner with a zip in capability with the above jacket, color: ebony, for a quantity of: 10-Sm., 35-Med., 95-Lg., and 95-XL. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price order. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, with all freight included in the delivered price. Delivery to U. S.
