From the Gateway home page, select 'Search RFQs' from the left-hand sidebar. Then select 'solicitation'. Type the solicitation number (SP010005Q4040) and 'search'. Click the number to download the file (this may take several minutes). In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs.
