Applicable specification for the Jacket, Flyer's, Leather, G-1 is MIL-J-7823E (AS) dated 15 Jan 71 and Amendment 3, dated 18 Oct 1984 and NCTRF List of Deviations, NCTRF-013-04 dated 28 May 2004.
