There will be two destinations required with one delivery each 225 days after award is made. The destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Phoenix, AZ. 5 first article samples are due 80 days after award is made. From the Gateway home page, select 'Search RFQs' from the left-hand sidebar then select solicitation. Type the solicitation (RFQ) number you wish to view and click search. Click the solicitation number to download (this will take a few minutes). In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
