A Firm-Fixed Price contract is suitable for the procurement of the Headband, Goggles, Flyer?s and the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. This item shall be manufactured in accordance with Gentex Corporation (60240) and part number G009-1010-01 or Avox Systems (53655) and part number 322-73. Deliveries are FOB Destination and are to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Production Lead-Time is 180 days and inspection & acceptance will be at origin. Low Price/Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be utilized. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is Wednesday, November 14, 2007 with thirty days to submit offers.
