This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a base year and two (2) option years, and will result in a fixed price IDIQ type contract. The minimum base year quantity is 3,180 each and the maximum base year quantity is 9,000 each. The minimum/maximum option year quantities are 3,000 and 9,000 each, respectively. Delivery is 120 days after date of delivery order award. Shipments will be to Tracey, CA and New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Source. Submittal of a Product Demonstration Model (PDM), and a technical proposal consisting of Past Performance/Experience, Socioeconomic Support, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement(s), and Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act Entity Proposal are applicable for this requirement.
