The contractor will receive a bi-weekly list of eligible employees to receive MSC-funded safety shoes. The contractor will bring a variety of safety shoes to the orientation session, currently held at Camp Pendleton, Virginia Beach, Virginia. All shoes must be in compliance with the ANSI Z41-1991 Standard. It is expected to hire over 700 new hires for the remainder of the fiscal year, with approximately 25-50 new hires during each Orientation session, which is held every two weeks. The contractor must have available all sizes in a variety of styles and manufactures that are or comparable to the following:

January 12 and 26; February 9 and 23; March 9 and 23; April 6 and 20; May 4 and 18; June 1, 8, and 29; July 13 and 27; August 10 and 24; September 7 and 21
At the conclusion of the mobile distribution of work shoe session of Orientation, the contractor will provide Fleet Support Command with the copies of the receipts for every purchase. The contractor will tally all purchases and will invoice MSC on one line item:

The contractor will provide MSC with a quarterly report of all inventory purchased to date.
PERFORMANCE PERIOD:
This Boot Mobile Contract is valid from 01 January through 30 September 2006 with two one-year options. FAR Clause 52.249 â1 Termination for Convenience of the Government (Fixed/Price) (9/96) applies.
