Replace the existing storm sewer with larger storm sewer to provide improved drainage within the neighborhood. Project includes the installation of approximately 2,100 feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 24-inches to 48-inches diameter, 150 feet of pipe ranging in sizes from 8-inches to 18-inches diameter. Project also includes approximately 20 inlets, manholes and junction structures as well as appurtenant street and drive crossing. Improvements to the traffic signal on Lahmeyer Road will also be made.
