The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Assets, Furnishings and Logistics (AFL) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for leather hides. This IFB solicits bids for a multi-year IDIQ contract for the purchase of leather hides for AFL on a fixed price basis. Responses to this IFB are due by 2:00pm on December 7, 2007. The IFB and all related documents and amendments, if any, are available electronically through the following website: http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.shtml. Questions relating to this IFB shall be submitted in writing to Toinetta Bridgeforth via e-mail at [email protected] by 2:00pm on November 16, 2007. Written responses to all questions will be provided in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. No verbal telephone request for the solicitation package will be honored. The sealed bids will be opened at 2:00 PM ET on December 20, 2007.
