You are  invited to submit a quote in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) DTPH5617Q00009, "811 Poster & Video Contests."  This is a combined synopsis solicitation under FAR 13.

 The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to acquire the services of a contractor to develop and execute: (1) a national poster contest aimed at school children in grades 4 through 6 living in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and all American territories and (2) a pilot video contest for high school students in grades 9 - 12 to be promoted to a minimum of 2,500 teachers in at least five states to include California, Illinois, and Colorado.  The purpose of this initiative is to raise awareness among students and their families and friends about the importance of calling 811 before any digging project.
