This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for 150,000 Polypropylene Sandbags with ties, see attachment for item description. Please note that an advance Notice was posted on the FBO website on 7/20/2009, but it did not include the required quantity or item description. This posting does include the Quantity required and Item descriptions, attached hereto. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
