The Defense Distribution Center (DDC) has a requirement for the establishment of an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract for various quantities and sizes of packing list envelopes and woven bags. The following Defense Distribution Depots will be identified as delivery points: Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin (DDJC), Tracy, CA; Defense Distribution Center Norfolk (DDNV), Norfolk, VA; Defense Distribution Center Oklahoma (DDOO), Tinker AFB, OK; Defense Distribution Center Puget Sound (DDPW), Bremerton, WA; Defense Distribution Center Red River (DDRT), Texarkana, TX; Defense Distribution Center Richmond (DDRV), Richmond, VA; and Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna (DDSP), Mechanicsburg, PA. Contract period shall be for a base year starting 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with four (4) option year periods. This requirement is set aside for small business concerns. To receive awards from solicitations issued after MAY 31, 1998, your company MUST be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
