The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia intends to extend contract number SPM500-02-D-0116 with BOH Environmental LLC, CAGE Code 1NSG3, for a not to exceed period of twelve (12) months commencing on September 4, 2007. The contract extension is necessary to continue to procure BOH Environmental's patented product line of specialized shipping/storage containers and accessories. The government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data for any of the contract line items.
