UNICOR intends to enter into a five (5) year firm fixed price requirements, type contract for Cardboard to be delivered FOB Destination, Milan, Michigan. Solicitation number is FN1275-07 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal. This requirement is being setaside for small business concerns. No offers will be accepted from a company who is not registered as a small business. The cardboard varies in lengths and widths, detailed specifications will be provided in the solicitation document. Offerors may request drawings by sending a written request to [email protected]. All packs will be made of Corrugated Fiberboard. Delivery date is 14 days after receipt of each delivery order. The minimum delivery order quantity is 250 per delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is 100,000. Quantity variation is +/- 10%. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, 4002 Arkona Road, Milan, MI 48160. ATTN: Nancy Keeler. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
