This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought.
Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to supply the material called out below.
For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 322211 - Corrugated and Solid Fiber Box Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. Requirement is for:
P/N 60481100:6SS32, Corrugated Fanfold Material for Box Making, V3C, 60.0 IN. X 48.0 IN. X 1100.0 FT.
In addition, the following information is requested:
(1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address;
(2) Any small business status (8(a), Service Disable Vet, HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.);
(3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts.
(4) GSA contract number if applicable
(5) Indicate whether you are a distributor or a manufacturer of the material on this RFI.

The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
