NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Bidders are REQUIRED to attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit prior to submitting a bid in order to become familiar with the condition and equipment needed to perform the required service. Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit will result in disqualification of bid.
