General Services Administration hereby issues Solicitation 6FLS-J2-096640-I for FSC 8010 SOP Latex Paint.  This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will contain 14 non-stock NSNs.  Items 1 through 14 are not set-aside for small business.  The period of the BPA will be 5 years beginning on 11/01/2009 or date of award, through 10/31/2014 or five (5) years from date of award.

Items 1 through 14 are made in accordance with Master Painters Institute (MPI) Approved Product List and MPI Green Performance Standard (GPS) 1-08.

Delivery will be 30 days ARO or sooner with FOB Origin.  Quantity price breaks are included, and award will be made in the aggregate.  This BPA will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed through the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov.  Interested offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and submitting an offer to the address specified.
