The General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, is planning to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ) beginning 10/21/2010 for no more than 12 months.  This SPQ will be part of the Special Order Program (SOP) with delivery being made to U.S. Government Installations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).  Prices are requested on a FOB Origin bases.  Vendors are requested to ship within 30 days after receipt of order.  This acquisition is not a total small business set-aside.  Please find attached the RFQ and Item Purchase Description (IPD).  Please email/call Amanda B.
