DESCRIPTION

In accordance with Military Specification MIL-PRF-24763B, "Enamel, Emulsion Type, for Shipboard use", dated August 27, 2009.

QPL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: QPL transformed to QPD, January 4, 2008. Please go to http://quicksearch.dla.mil/, and follow the steps below to view the QPD.

1. Input "24763" in Document Number field and click "Submit"
2. Click on the primary specification link in "Document ID" column.
3. Click on "Qualification" in the "Overview" section to view the QPD.

Use: For use on ship topside primed exterior metal surfaces.

Type 2: Air-drying, acrylic emulsion type with a maximum VOC of 250 g/L.
Class 2: Semi-gloss, 45 to 60 percent.
Grade B: Low solar absorbent (26008 and 26270)

Color: Gray in accordance with the latest version of FED-STD-595, color number 26270.

Size: 18.9 Liters (5 gallons)

Shelf Life Code H. Age on delivery shall not exceed 2 months.
Date of expiration shall be 12 months after date of manufacture
