Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) intents to negotiate a sole source contract with the San Diego County Sheriff Department, 9621 Ridgehaven CT., San Diego, CA 92123-1636. San Diego County Sheriff Department is the only known source within the San Diego, CA area that has the required technical capability of providing 800 MHZ Network System for police radios. This requirement will result in a (1) year Firm-Fixed price contract to San Diego County Sheriff Department.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have four (4) Calendar Day or until September 16, 2013 at 10:00AM EST to respond. Responses shall be submitted in writing to the identified point of contact. Responses shall be clear and convincing evidence of vendors capability to provide the required service. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after September 16, 2013 at 10:00AM, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this sole source notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice. This decision is solely within the Government's discretion. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Keeyada Dickens, Contract Specialist.
