GSA, FAS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for eleven (11) National Stock Numbers (NSN) in the 8030 class. All item purchase descriptions (IPD) are in accordance with SAE specifications and are listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL). The SPQ period will be 1/1/2008 to 12/31/2008. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a 30 day or less delivery. If your firm can offer a shorter delivery it will be considered during the award process. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Global Supply, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and deliver. Quantities are estimates based on the last three years usage.
