This item's IPD is written in accordance with a Military Specification with an associated QPD. In order to be considered for award, vendor must quote an item that is shown as qualified on the QPD. This procurement is NOT set aside for small business. Pricing is requested as FOB Destination for the GSA Depots (GN4 and GS4); and FOB Origin, Pre-Pay/Add for direct delivery orders going to any other location.
