GSA, FAS, HSOC, intends to award a not-to-exceed 12 month Standind Price Quote for two NSNs in the Special Order Program (SOP). These items' IPDs are written in accordance with a brand name "or equal" part numbers. In order to be considered for award, vendor must quote an item that is determined to be "or equal" by our Engineering Branch. This procurement is set aside for small business.
