GSA, FAS, Global Supply is issuing 6FES-E1-073500-I which will cover 33 NSN's in the 8010 class. All Item Purchase Descriptions are in accordance with the Master Painter's Institute.This Blanket Purchase Agreement is issued to establish agreements for ordering, shipping, and billing to cover items in the 8010 class. The essence of this agreement is that a contractor will be awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement for providing specified FSC 8010 Enamel to satisfy numerous small requirements for a specified period of time to be shipped to any destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Resultant awards will be based on a best value determination. Consideration could be given to vendor performance history, delivery time, and/or price. This agreement does not obligate the Government to order or the vendor to furnish any articles on any quantity except to the extent that may be agreed upon in connection with individual transactions. *PLEASE NOTE* This BPA allows for yearly increase in prices and can be terminated by either party with a 30 day notice.
