Sealing Compounds, issuing April 14, 2006 and closing on May 17, 2006. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 29 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN’s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 8/1/2006 or date of award, through 7/31/2011(or 5 years from date of award). 28 of the 29 NSN’s are In Accordance With various Qualified Products Lists (QPL’s). Only those manufacturers whose products appear on the QPL will qualify for an award. (If a distributor submits an offer, a letter from the qualified manufacturer MUST accompany the offer/package).
