The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requires electro-mechanical Slewing Arm Davits (SLAD) built to a Navy-specified design and incidental engineering and technical services in support of the build.  Drawings and specifications will be available at issuance of solicitation, which is anticipated to be in late January 2014.  This posting serves as notice to interested parties that a solicitation is imminent.  Should a firm be interested in receiving solicitation materials at their release, please e-mail Seamus Scanlan at [email protected] for inclusion of distribution.  The solicitation will be posted to FBO upon release, as well.
