THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Branch, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a single source contract with R.S. Means Company, LLC.
The Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Colorado, intends to award, on a single source basis a Firm Fixed Price contract, with a 1-year period of performance to R.S. Means Company, LLC. 1099 Hingham St, Ste 201, Rockland MA 02370-3319 for the network version of the FY21 Costworks Upgrade. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 13. Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the service that will satisfy the agency's requirement.

The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Melissa Corum at [email protected] by 1100 ES, August 5, 2021, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the single source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
